CSV Exports change in date time format

Change release date

Currently, date time values in the CSV exports of the Loyale reports are using the format M/d/yyyy h:m:s which creates a date like this: 7/26/2023 10:44:54 PM. In order to be more consistent the reports are being updated to use the format yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss e.g. 2023-07-26 22:44:54. This change will be released next month.
