In version 1.3.55 of loyale backoffice we have introduced Tags. This is a way to quickly associate your customers with a product, interest, category, or anything else you can think of. With a subset of your customers tagged, you can easily target them in your Scheduled Tasks, by building demographic filter to select the customers with the particular tag.
Tags are represented as colorful markers on the customer details screen, where they can also be managed.
