Redeems transaction of type OnHold. The transaction is identified by the parameter id which is in the route. The value of id is passed as a string in GUID format and it represents the Id of the OnHold transaction. If found the OnHold transaction will be removed and a transaction will be created to redeem the value in the OnHold transaction.
