Use this collection to manage the customer records used by a Loyale scheme. It provides the core operations for customer lifecycle, lookup, balances, loyalty levels, and available offers.
All requests require the X-ApiKey and X-Scheme headers.
Available operations
Create, update, suspend, reactivate, or delete customers; search customers by identifier; retrieve balances, levels, and offers; and create or join guest customers.
Use a stable identifier from your source system when integrating customers. Retrieve the customer before creating a new record where possible to avoid duplicates.
